### What problem does this PR solve? Issue Number: None Related PR: None Problem Summary: Complex collect_list intermediate states currently serialize each value as JSON. Quotes and other special bytes in nested string values can be reinterpreted after an aggregation exchange. This change serializes complex list columns in the native binary format from BE execution version 20, while preserving the legacy format for older query versions. ### Release note Preserve complex values in distributed collect_list and group_array aggregation, and the nonnullable array_agg path, when execution version 20 is active. ### Check List (For Author) - Test: `./run-be-ut.sh --run --filter=AggregateCollectSerializationTest.* -j 48` (10 passed); targeted regression generated with `-forceGenOut` and rerun normally (1 suite passed); `./build.sh --be -j48` and `./build.sh --fe -j48` passed. - Behavior changed: Yes.
