If you mean it takes some time for a dataSource to be appeared in Coordinator console, that is an expected behavior. Coordinator periodically refreshes its metadata and so new dataSources might not appear until it refreshes. Please check http://druid.io/docs/latest/design/coordinator.html and http://druid.io/docs/latest/configuration/index.html#coordinator-operation.
