This PR aims to allow MSQ tasks and Dart to support query timeouts.
TODO: add more details.
Also includes a few misc. improvements:
- A reason for cancellation has been added to `CanceledFault`, which helps
give more information into why the task was canceled.
- Fixes a bug with Dart where queries fail due to an incorrect reindex
validation.
### Patch Notes
- MSQ tasks and Dart now respect the `timeout` query context parameter. Dart
now also respects `druid.server.http.defaultQueryTimeout` and
`druid.server.http.maxQueryTimeout` There is no default timeout of MSQ tasks.
