Seems like `SubclassesMustBePublicAnnotationProcessor` is not working since
08b5951cc53c4fe474a129500c62a6adad78337f as it have removed annotation
processing as a sideeffect.
It would be great to have it back on...
also `SubclassesMustOverrideEqualsAndHashCode` could be promoted into a
processor so that it checks other packages.
