### Description While making sure stuff was all cleaned up after netty 3 -> 4 migration, I noticed some stuff in licenses.yaml that needed cleaning, ranging from things like incorrectly including license/notice stuff for contrib extensions (that were both correctly and incorrectly marked as contrib in licenses.yaml), lingering hadoop dependency references, etc. So, took a pass at tidying things up. changes: * homogenized licenses.yaml `module` values to `java-core`, `web-console`, `extensions/*` and `extensions-contrib/*` * check-licenses.py validates that all licenses.yaml entries only have these allowed modules, and that no contrib extensions are incorrectly entered into this file as core extensions * added flags to check-licenses.py, generate-binary-license.py and generate-binary-notice.py to allow exclude of modules of licenses.yaml via command line args so that binary packaging can exclude contrib entries which end up in licenses.yaml (they are not consistently in there currently which is fine because we dont bundle them or check them... but i suppose they could be added now). * removed old hadoop stuff from licenses.yaml as part of consolidating the allowed `module` values. there may be additional garbage to be collected, can look into that (and possibly improving scripts further) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
