> Server-level opt-in: There should be a common.runtime.properties server property to enable this feature, off by default. When it's off, don't bind the new stuff or accept systemTable datasources. Also, the context key should do nothing if the property is off (it can't override the server property). This helps operators control the rollout. Currently I use the query context parameter to control the new path. The query context parameter is not enabled by default.
