However index_hadoop is written by Hadoop itself, I think that's the problem. I just removed the broken commit from my PR. ``` druid.storage.type=hdfs druid.storage.storageDirectory=hdfs://us2/druid/indexer ``` and yes, I have been doing this for a while. I remember filing a bug back in the days. And now it's back.
