Speed up Supervisor auto clean up IT
### Description
The Supervisor auto clean up IT only needs supervisor spec to exist in the
metadatastore. The IT does not care if the supervisor is actually ingesting
data or not and has no impact on the flow of the test. Hence, this PR is to
remove the writing of data to the stream and ingesting the said data as it is
not necessary.
This PR has:
