   I suspect postgresql syntax will be honored?  I was able to get around the 
Calcite parsing by using `CAST(created_time AS timestamp)` but then it seemed 
to fail on an invalid input :frowning_face: 
   
   ```json
   {
     "error":"Unknown exception",
     "errorMessage":"For input string: \"28T12:14:49.289Z\"",
     "errorClass":"java.lang.NumberFormatException",
     "host":null
   }
   ```
