### What problem does this feature solve? 1、geo加scatter组合的echart实例 2、在pc端调试，鼠标滚动滑动感觉放大和缩小的zom值的跨度也就是个位数 3、但是在h5，app中操作的时候的时候，手指缩放，地图放大的就特别厉害，感觉灵敏度太高，所有不好把控放大到多少倍，有什么操作 ### What does the proposed API look like? 期望有一个参数可以控制缩放的范围 <!-- This issue is generated by echarts-issue-helper.
