[RTL for canvas](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/47500907/html5-canvas-rtl-for-individual-texts) doesn't seem to be too difficult to implement. You may try to implement it with [zrender canvas](https://github.com/ecomfe/zrender/tree/master/src/canvas).
