   provide splitLine.showMinLine and splitLine.showMaxLine.
   
   When using xAxis[type=time], it allow user hide first/last splitLine.

   ### After: How is it fixed in this PR?
   Like showMinLabel/showMaxLabel, it add new option `showMinLine` adn 
`showMaxLine`.
