### What problem does this feature solve? DataZoom 同时支持刷选和拖拽在5.0+版本中可否添加一个配置，禁用刷选，达到禁用滚动刷选功能，只能降低echarts版本，对于大项目改动太大，通过滑块类名.echarts-slider-track手动设置，但是貌似类名.echarts-slider-track以及滚动条属性也被弃用了 ### What does the proposed API look like?
