I understand @Ovilia , and thanks for joining the discussion, i'd like to try to answer your question. The use case that i'm dealing with is a chart that acts like a health monitor, above the threshold the line should be a gradient, and below should also be another gradient, something like that: <img width="807" height="442" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/05f38238-ab3d-4cc7-81fc-24bfa2eda2a1"; /> Other example: <img width="791" height="394" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/bb055fee-484d-4666-b77f-b90a53ce2004"; /> That example can be replicated with continuous, but it is much more complex since i have to decrease the min to make the right color configuration, and even so, there is a discrepancy between the colors. <img width="852" height="527" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/effd07db-da56-46c9-a765-8d55bd55e5fd"; /> And with piecewise is much simpler, i just have to set the interval and make the gradients.
