## Description
This PR addresses several documentation bugs and technical debt in the
`GLClosuresApiResourceSwagger` class:
- Fixed date format examples from comma-separated (2013,1,2) to ISO
hyphenated (2013-01-02) for better API clarity.
- Corrected typographical errors in schema descriptions ("instantiate",
"Caribbean").
- Fixed casing consistency in `PostGLClosuresRequest`.
- Resolved a stale `TODO` comment regarding class placement and Javadoc
structure.
