    [hotfix][network,tests] Add new unit test for 
RemoteInputChannel#retriggerSubpartitionRequest
    
    It is necessary for flip1 to make sure the PartitionNotFoundException would 
be setted on the RemoteInputChannel while retriggering partition request,
    so a new unit test is added to cover this case.
