    [FLINK-40484][tests] Run UnalignedCheckpointTestBase with the
DefaultScheduler

The test base was tagged with FailsWithAdaptiveScheduler, so the whole suite
was excluded by surefire whenever the enable-adaptive-scheduler profile was
active. Pin JobManagerOptions#SCHEDULER to Default in the job configuration
instead and drop the tag, so the suite always runs with the DefaultScheduler
regardless of the scheduler selected by the build profile.
