### Backend CH (ClickHouse) ### Bug description For Celeborn 0.4, if fetch failed retry is enabled, invoke of `org.apache.spark.shuffle.celeborn.SparkUtils#celebornShuffleId` in gluten 's `CelebornShuffleManager` throws exceptions so that the LifecycleManager will not register new shuffleId to `shuffleIdMapping` and shuffle read will get wrong.
