## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
- GlutenCheckExpression currently falls back to internal row for certain
complex/unsupported types.
- In some cases like LONG_MAX glutenCheckExpression calls collect which can
lead to failures.
- Refactor the code to allow tests to call fallback evaluation directly
