[Expected behavior] and [actual behavior].
If `a=3` and `a=4` are all false. `CoalesceAggregationUnion` will generate
invalid result.
```sql
select 'A' as a, count(b) as b from fact where a = 3 union all select 'B'
as a, count(b) as b from fact where a = 4;
+----+----+
| a | b |
+----+----+
+----+----+
```
the corrent answer should be
```sql
0: jdbc:hive2://localhost:10000> select 'A' as a, count(b) as b from fact
where a = 3 union all select 'B' as a, count(b) as b from fact where a = 4;
+----+----+
| a | b |
+----+----+
| A | 0 |
| B | 0 |
+----+----+
```
