I see there's a [1/10 chance](https://github.com/apache/incubator-gluten/blob/a2f90c2bdf90e38d45acb7f1eaa330ac171aad29/.github/workflows/clickhouse_be_trigger.yml#L55-L59) that a PR's CH CI will be run on ARM rather than on x86. And ARM CI has been seen as having this flaky result issue for a period of time.
