### Description It looks like gluten-te contains a lot of outdated code with no validation to ensure it stays maintained. We already have several Dockerfiles under ./dev/docker/ that are verified by GHA Docker build jobs, and the resulting images are used in GHA workflows to validate their effectiveness. Perhaps we can remove the gluten-te folder and direct users to use those Dockerfiles — or better yet, the pre-built Docker images directly. ### Gluten version None -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
