Thanks! I can see the Velox branch now includes PR #17555.
I'll update this PR to wire
spark.sql.legacy.parquet.returnNullStructIfAllFieldsMissing from the Scala side
to Velox's parquetNullStructForMissingFields flag and remove the fallback
guard. Will push shortly.
