   This comment says each iteration "should hit the cache", but the test only 
asserts result correctness and the suite-level TTL can evict handles between 
iterations. Reword to reflect the actual invariant being tested (consistent 
results across repeated scans regardless of whether handles were reused or 
re-opened).

   These comments state that the test "exercises the cache hit path", but the 
suite-level TTL is set to 2s and the test does not assert cache hits. To avoid 
over-claiming what is validated (and to stay correct even if TTL eviction 
happens during the loop on slower CI), reword the comment to focus on result 
consistency across repeated scans.
