## What changes are proposed in this pull request?
Add `gluten.test.dir` to isolate working directories when running test
suites in separate JVMs. Tests use
`${gluten.test.dir}/unit-tests-working-home`, preserving other files in the
parent directory. The default location remains unchanged.
Motivated by [Bolt PR #586](https://github.com/bytedance/bolt/pull/586):
earlier local measurements with cached dependencies showed that 8 parallel JVMs
reduced JVM build and test time from **97m 10s to 21m 23s (~4.5× faster)**.
## How was this patch tested?
With JDK 17 and existing local dependencies:

mvn -pl gluten-ut/common \
-Pspark-3.5,spark-ut,backends-bolt,celeborn,java-17,fast-build \
-Dexec.skip -Dsuites=org.apache.spark.sql.GlutenTestsBaseTraitSuite test
```
All three tests passed: default paths, configured paths, and cleanup
preserving sibling files. Spotless and license checks passed. Full integration
tests were not rerun.
