## Motivation
With gluten-flink, connector source/sink factories discovered at plan time
(e.g. NexmarkSourceFactory, reached through gluten's VeloxSourceSinkFactory
service) are instantiated inside the planner ComponentClassLoader. Many
factories touch jackson (`ObjectMapper`) during planning.
Flink's `ComponentClassLoader` treats a package that is in neither
`OWNER_CLASSPATH` nor `COMPONENT_CLASSPATH` as component-only: it never falls
back to the owner classloader. `com.fasterxml.jackson` is in neither list and
is not bundled in the planner component jars, the factory cannot see it and
instantiation fails at plan time:

Any query using such a connector fails to submit; this makes whole connector
families unusable on the gluten-flink path.
## Proposed Capability
Add `com.fasterxml.jackson` to the owner-first package list in
`PlannerModule`, so jackson resolves from the Flink distribution's `lib/`
classpath for code running inside the planner component classloader.
