issue: #13230 ## What changes are proposed in this pull request? Source/sink factories discovered at plan time are instantiated inside the planner ComponentClassLoader, and factories that use jackson (`ObjectMapper`) fail with `NoClassDefFoundError` because `com.fasterxml.jackson` is in neither the owner-first nor the component package list, and unlisted packages never fall back to the owner classloader — the jackson jars shipped in Flink's `lib/` are invisible to the factories. This PR adds `com.fasterxml.jackson` to the owner-first list in `PlannerModule`, so jackson is resolved from the Flink distribution for the planner component. ## How was this patch tested? - A/B on a local Flink 1.19.2 cluster with a nexmark query: without the change, submitting any query with the nexmark source fails at the SQL client with `NoClassDefFoundError: com/fasterxml/jackson/core/JsonProcessingException` while loading the source/sink factory; with the change the same query plans and runs, and output rows exact-match the expectation (9200/9200). - The full gluten-flink UT suite passes. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
