## What changes are proposed in this pull request? Re-enables 2 Spark 4.2 MERGE tests in each of `GlutenDeltaBasedMergeIntoTableSuite`, `GlutenDeltaBasedMergeIntoTableUpdateAsDeleteAndInsertSuite` and `GlutenGroupBasedMergeIntoTableSuite` (6 in total): - `merge with literal false ON condition` - `merge with statically empty source and only MATCHED clauses` Spark 4.2 attaches a `MergeSummary` to the commit, built from the metrics of the `MergeRowsExec` in the write plan. With Gluten, the commit for these two statically empty merges has no write summary, so the tests fail with `NoSuchElementException: None.get` in `getMergeSummary()`. The other MERGE tests pass. This commit only removes the 6 excludes. The fix will follow in this PR. The other #13175 tests need different fixes and are in #13244 (DELETE) and #__NN__ (NOT NULL enforcement). Part of #13175. ## How was this patch tested?
