Covers the Spark 4.2 test `update with constraint violation and transactional checks` in `GlutenDeltaBasedUpdateAsDeleteAndInsertTableSuite`, which #13163 disabled. It expects a `SparkRuntimeException` with `NOT_NULL_ASSERT_VIOLATION`; Gluten runs `AssertNotNull` in Velox, which throws a `VeloxUserError`, so the query fails with a `SparkException` instead. The vanilla test stays excluded. A new `GlutenUpdateTableSuiteBase` trait (shared by the UPDATE suites; the other UPDATE PRs add the identical file) holds the `assertNotNullViolation` helper and a `Gluten - ` version of the test that keeps the transaction checks (`Aborted`, `isClosed`). This is a test-only change. It is one of several independent PRs, split by test suite or golden file, that can be reviewed and merged in any order. Part of #13175. ## How was this patch tested?
