## What changes are proposed in this pull request? Re-enables `merge with literal false ON condition` and `merge with statically empty source and only MATCHED clauses` in `GlutenDeltaBasedMergeIntoTableUpdateAsDeleteAndInsertSuite`, which #13163 disabled. Spark 4.2 builds the commit's `MergeSummary` from the `MergeRowsExec` in the write plan. Gluten's test base sets `spark.sql.shuffle.partitions=1` (Spark's tests use 5). With 1 partition, for MERGEs that write no rows, AQE replaces the write's input with an empty relation, `MergeRowsExec` disappears and the commit has no summary. Vanilla Spark does the same at 1 partition. This suite now uses 5 shuffle partitions. All assertions are unchanged. This is a test-only change. It is one of several independent PRs, split by test suite or golden file, that can be reviewed and merged in any order. Part of #13175. ## How was this patch tested?
