Refreshes the remaining Spark 4.2 `SQLQueryTestSuite` golden files that #13163 removed from the Velox allowlist, and adds them back to `VeloxSQLQueryTestSettings`. Spark 4.2 changed the expected output (and for a few files the input `.sql`) of these tests; the files are taken from Spark 4.2. - `grouping_set` - `show-create-table`, `show-tables`, `show_columns` - `postgreSQL/create_view`, `postgreSQL/float8`, `postgreSQL/window_part2`, `postgreSQL/window_part3`, `postgreSQL/with` - `collations-basic`, `collations-padding-trim`, `collations-string-functions`, `cte-recursion` - `kllquantiles`, `thetasketch` - `union-resolution-edge-cases` - `count`, `charvarchar`, `cte` As requested in review, this combines #13293, #13296, #13297, #13298, #13299, #13300, #13301, #13302, #13303, #13304, #13305 and #13306 into one PR to reduce CI load. The content is identical to those PRs, each of which passed the Spark 4.2 UT CI. This is a test-only change. Part of #13177 (umbrella #13181). ## How was this patch tested?
