   This seems is another issue,  As we know, Hive metastore 2.3 doesn't support 
timestamp with time zone, Should Gravitino Hive catalog supports timestamp with 
time zone? @mchades WDYT?  even if we support it, how should we treat Spark 
`timestamp` column in Gravitino Spark connector side? should we keep 
compatibility with current Spark behavior or make `timetamp` conversion one and 
one with correct mapping but breaks the compatibility?  I prefer to keep 
compatibility.
