### Describe the proposal Update Gravitino Flink connector documentation to match the versioned connector architecture and supported Flink version matrix. This issue covers: - updating the multi-version architecture spec - documenting the staged support plan - updating user-facing Flink connector docs to reflect supported versions and artifact layout - clarifying runtime jar naming and version-specific validation expectations - aligning docs with the new versioned catalog and factory entry model This issue is tracked under parent issue #9710. ### Why is this needed The original documentation and spec were written against an earlier design and no longer match the current implementation direction.
