### What changes were proposed in this pull request?
This PR adds Helm unit tests for the Gravitino chart under
`dev/charts/gravitino/tests`.
### Why are the changes needed?
The Gravitino Helm chart currently relies mainly on chart linting and
install tests.
Fix: #11090
### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
No user-facing behavior change is introduced.
### How was this patch tested?
The following commands were run:
