### Describe the improvement Document Trino timezone behavior for `TIMESTAMP WITH TIME ZONE` values when accessing the Gravitino Iceberg REST Catalog. ### Why is this needed Users need explicit guidance that Trino does not adjust `TIMESTAMP WITH TIME ZONE` query results according to the client session time zone, and they need a documented workaround for converting values to the current session time zone. ### Additional context This improvement should be documented in `docs/iceberg-rest-engine/trino.md`. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
