URL: https://github.com/apache/gravitino/pull/12400

Seven pages become four. The overview was eleven sections of navigation with
no instructions in any of them: Start Here was a list of links, Prerequisites
pointed at another page, Related repeated the same five links a third time, and
the configuration table duplicated the configuration page. The quick start was
the fourth bullet under Start Here, behind advice to read the configuration
reference first.

Overview and quick start merge, so the section landing page now explains the
service and then walks you through it. Configuration, CLI reference, and the
built-in job templates merge into one Reference page, which also un-orphans
expire-snapshots.md, a second built-in job the overview never mentioned.
Troubleshooting keeps its content but groups thirteen flat error strings into
argument errors, evaluation producing nothing, and job execution failures.

Drops the architecture diagram in favor of a four-row table of the Collect,
Evaluate, Submit, Observe lifecycle the page already described in prose. The
diagram overlaid a component map on a call flow, so eleven labelled arrows
crossed the canvas and neither question was legible.

Removes the word Optimizer from titles, headings, prose, and slugs. It
survives only where it is a shipped string: gravitino-optimizer.sh,
gravitino-optimizer.conf, and the gravitino.optimizer.* keys.

   1,127 lines to roughly 900.

Slugs change, so redirects are needed in the site config for the four old
paths. sidebars.ts lives in gravitino-site, and the section goes from six
children to three.
