Closing this as superseded. `main` now independently implements both changes this PR proposed: `ClassLoaderResourceCleanerUtils` shuts down MySQL's `AbandonedConnectionCleanupThread` (via `shutdownMysqlConnectionCleanup`) and broadens the ThreadLocal cleanup in `clearThreadLocalMap`. After merging the latest `main`, this branch had no remaining source change (only an unused test dependency), so there is nothing left for it to contribute.
