Implemented OAuth2 client_secret_basic authentication support for Java and
Python clients.
Changes:
- Added OAuth2ClientAuthenticationMethod enum with CLIENT_SECRET_POST and
CLIENT_SECRET_BASIC options.
- Added support for sending OAuth2 client credentials using HTTP Basic
Authentication.
- Updated token fetching logic to handle both authentication methods:
- client_secret_post: credentials sent in request body (existing behavior)
- client_secret_basic: credentials sent through Authorization: Basic header
- Updated DefaultOAuth2TokenProvider implementations in Java and Python.
- Added unit tests covering client_secret_basic authentication flow.
- Updated mock responses/helpers required for Python authentication tests.
Testing:
- Java:
./gradlew :clients:client-java:test --tests "*TestOAuth2TokenProvider"
- Python:
python -m pytest tests/unittests/auth/test_oauth2_token_provider.py
All OAuth2 token provider tests passed.
