Hi @zhang-arvin here — I'd like to take this. Plan for load-side support only, as scoped: keep `annoy` and `usearch` distinguishable from the current `vector_similarity` HNSW index instead of warning-and-skipping, and retain the index-definition metadata ClickHouse exposes on the pinned release. `CREATE` / `ALTER TABLE ADD INDEX` / recreation requests using the legacy type names will fail with table + index + type context rather than being silently translated to `vector_similarity`.
