### Describe the subtask Complete Python SDK metadata and privilege mappings for Semantic Models, matching the existing Java API and server authorization contract: - Add `SEMANTIC_MODEL` metadata parsing, parent mappings, and securable-object support. - Add `CREATE_SEMANTIC_MODEL`, `USE_SEMANTIC_MODEL`, and `MODIFY_SEMANTIC_MODEL`, including privilege binding and serialization coverage. - Add unit and server integration tests for public Python SDK grant/revoke operations and allowed/denied Semantic Model access.
