### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Add REST, Java, and Python metric discovery examples, response shapes, namespace formats, visibility rules, and lifecycle behavior to the user guide. Link the concept guide and update the MCP tool list. Depends on #14143, #14145, #14147, and #14208. ### Why are the changes needed? Give consumers one consistent guide to discovering metrics across Semantic Models in a schema. Fixes #14209. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? Documentation only. ### How was this patch tested? Executed the extracted REST, Java, and Python examples against a local Gravitino server with the dependent implementations. Verified documented JSON, namespaces, complete definitions, empty results, and missing-schema errors.
