### Describe the subtask - Rename Gradle module `plugins/tms` → `plugins/maintenance`; drop `tms` from module path, SPI provider type names, and template/log identifiers (keep “TMS” only as the product acronym in design docs where useful). - Add integration tests that boot the server with `TableMaintenanceRESTFeature` and exercise maintenance action callback REST wiring.
