### Describe the subtask `MetalakeMetaService.deleteMetalake` soft-deletes the roles and tags before it cleans `role_meta_securable_object` and `tag_relation_meta`. Both cleanup statements find their rows through a live role or tag (`deleted_at = 0`), so after a metalake drop those rows stay live and the legacy-data cleanup never collects them. This happens on both the cascade and the non-cascade path. The non-cascade path also never soft-deletes `policy_meta` and `policy_version_info`, so the policies of a dropped metalake stay live.
