   ### What would you like to be improved?

   Metalake lakehouse-iceberg currently keeps a single long-lived
`IcebergCatalogWrapper` without the catalog-wrapper cache eviction used by
Iceberg REST. When GCS OAuth2 tokens are minted into catalog config, they can
expire while the wrapper is still held.

Lakehouse already self-builds jdbc/hive/rest backends; this should stay
lakehouse-owned and must not borrow the embedded IRC `CatalogWrapperManager`.

   ### How should we improve?

   1. Add `IcebergCatalogWrapperCache` and `StandaloneCatalogWrapperManager` in
`iceberg-common`.
   2. Route lakehouse catalog/view ops through a lakehouse-owned manager for
jdbc/hive/rest (GCS mint + access/token eviction).
   3. Keep REST backends on Iceberg's HTTP `RESTCatalog` client; do not reuse
aux IRC1 wrappers in-process.
