### What changes were proposed in this pull request? - Add `IcebergCatalogWrapperCache` and `StandaloneCatalogWrapperManager` in `iceberg-common` - Add `IcebergCatalogWrapper.create` / `applyKerberos` (GCS mint + optional Kerberos) - Route lakehouse `IcebergCatalogOperations` through lakehouse-owned `IcebergCatalogWrapperProvider` for jdbc/hive/rest ### Why are the changes needed? Lakehouse held a single long-lived wrapper without IRC-style cache eviction, so minted GCS OAuth2 tokens could expire in place. Lakehouse should own its wrapper cache (same eviction/token policy) and must not borrow the embedded IRC manager. REST backends remain HTTP `RESTCatalog`. Fixes #14322 ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? No new config keys.
