### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Remove the configuration map from the connector creation success log, retaining the connector name. ### Why are the changes needed? The configuration can contain plaintext credentials that should not appear in INFO logs. Fix: #14342 ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? The connector creation success log no longer includes configuration values. ### How was this patch tested? Passed the Trino connector module's spotlessCheck and git diff --check.
