### What would you like to be improved? Creating/updating Iceberg maintenance policies with `timeTrigger` / `commitTrigger` currently accepts incomplete `jobOptions`. Cron later fails with missing `warehouse_location` (and related catalog placeholders) on `builtin-iceberg-maintenance-task`. Failures show up only at schedule time, not at policy write time. ### How should we improve? On policy create/alter for the four built-in Iceberg maintenance types, when Spark will be scheduled, reject missing catalog connection keys in `jobOptions` (`type`/`catalog_type`, `uri`/`catalog_uri`, `warehouse`/`warehouse_location`).
