Closing: the design moved from a stored ontology to an export derived from Semantic Models and Glossary Terms (PR #14310, [#14309](https://github.com/apache/gravitino/issues/14309)). With nothing stored there is no `ontology_meta`, no version snapshot table and no upgrade script, so this is closed rather than rebased. The converter from #14371 is kept and reused on the export path. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
