### Describe the subtask
**Priority:** P1
**Dependencies:** #<id-2>. Independent of #<id-3>~#<id-5>; may proceed in
parallel.
**Problem:** The `local` seal is for development and tests only; production
deployments need
a cloud KMS to wrap the master key.
**Scope:**
- An AWS KMS `SealClient` (Encrypt/Decrypt) in a separate connector module,
authenticating
with the default credential chain.
- Registered as seal provider `aws` via
`gravitino.seal.provider.aws.className`.
- Unit tests with a mocked KMS client, and documented setup steps for a real
KMS key.
