@diqiu50 Addressed your [stale catalog check comment](https://github.com/apache/gravitino/pull/14643#issuecomment-6658286891): I removed the reload/guard and its planning-time server requests from this PR. Configuration/credential snapshot invalidation still needs separate lifecycle and refresh semantics, so that sub-item of #14642 remains unresolved and is deferred to a 2.0 follow-up.
